Puedes usar esta página para informarte sobre nuestros servicios y proyectos, ver los recorridos virtuales y contactarnos. Te comprometes a no usarla para fines ilícitos, a no intentar dañarla o acceder sin autorización a sus sistemas y a no enviar información falsa o de terceros sin su permiso.
3. Información referencial
Los renders, recorridos virtuales, fotografías, descripciones, medidas, cifras y precios que aparecen en el sitio tienen carácter referencial e ilustrativo. Pueden diferir del resultado final de cada obra por ajustes de diseño, disponibilidad de materiales o requisitos técnicos y municipales. Algunos nombres de proyectos y datos se usan como ejemplo.
4. Cotizaciones y contratos
Las respuestas, propuestas y presupuestos que enviamos a través de la web, WhatsApp, correo o redes sociales son orientativos y no constituyen una oferta vinculante. Las condiciones definitivas (alcance, precio, plazos, forma de pago y garantías) se establecen únicamente en el contrato firmado entre las partes.

La información sobre inmuebles en venta o en arriendo está sujeta a disponibilidad y puede cambiar sin previo aviso. Precios, áreas y condiciones se confirman por escrito antes de cualquier reserva, promesa de compraventa o contrato de arrendamiento.

Los diseños arquitectónicos, planos, renders, videos, fotografías, textos, logotipos y demás contenidos del sitio pertenecen a Pérez Recalde o a sus autores, y están protegidos por la normativa ecuatoriana de propiedad intelectual. No está permitido copiarlos, reproducirlos, modificarlos ni usarlos con fines comerciales sin autorización por escrito. Los diseños y modelos registrados ante el SENADI cuentan con su protección correspondiente.

El sitio incluye enlaces a WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn y Gmail. Al usarlos sales de nuestra página y quedas sujeto a los términos y políticas de privacidad de esos servicios, sobre los cuales no tenemos control.

Trabajamos para que la información del sitio sea correcta y esté disponible, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores o interrupciones. Pérez Recalde no se hace responsable por decisiones tomadas únicamente con base en la información referencial de la página, sin la confirmación escrita correspondiente.

They may differ from the final result of each project due to design adjustments, material availability or technical and municipal requirements. Some project names and figures are used as examples.

The replies, proposals and estimates we send through the website, WhatsApp, email or social media are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The final terms (scope, price, timeline, payment method and warranties) are set out only in the contract signed by both parties.
